Appointment:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service.

Being late for more than 30 minutes will result in cancellation and the deposit is not refundable. (depends on the situation)

If you are not satisfied with any service, we offer free fix service, please contact us within 7 days.

We do not accept refunds after you leave the salon. In any situation please communicate with us first, we also want to better solve the problem for you.

Before any service, our hairstylist will make a consultation for each guest and give suggestions according to the condition of the guest's hair. We will start the service after consultation.

Deposit:

We will charge a 100-dollar deposit for the service (except haircut services).

All deposits will be refunded if you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance, rescheduling is also required 48 hours in advance.

We do not accept any reason for a refund of the deposit within 48 hours.

Note:

Any perm or bleach service may change the texture of hair.
